“I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, especially for families. The Kids Club had plenty of activities and was comfortable for parents to relax in. The welcome was warm, and the reception staff were quick and helpful. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the garden and pools. “I loved the hotel from the first moment at reception. The Russian-speaking manager Peter came out to greet us, and it felt like we were truly expected. The whole staff was amazing, above all praise. We visit Israel and Eilat often, and we've stayed in many five- and four-star hotels, but never experienced such attention. Everyone was smiling, from managers to cleaners, and any problem was solved instantly. We didn't like our rooms initially—they faced north with little sun. We were immediately offered sunny rooms with a beautiful view. The general manager Ziv showed us the new rooms. He often came to guests to ask for feedback, and he visited us nearly every day. When we moved, there were balloons and champagne, and almost daily surprises like chocolates for the children, a beautiful cake, and swans on the bed. The food had a huge selection, all fresh and tasty. We understand kashrut, so no meat at breakfast didn't bother us. I skipped lunch because I couldn't eat that much, but the children and husband were happy. Dinner had wonderful meat and fish—veal in many forms melted in my mouth, and the desserts were lovely. The only downside was the room faced a noisy street, and we couldn't open the window without people at the bus stop seeing in. Coffee was good, but fresh orange juice at breakfast would be nice—they had oranges but no one ate them. A self-service juice machine would be great. The all-inclusive drinks included Israeli white and red wine, two draft beers, soft drinks, coffee, and ice cream from 10 am until late evening. There were also sweets at the bar near the restaurant during the day, and pizza at certain hours. We didn't try the pizza, we just didn't have room.”
